Brand Buzz

Brand Buzz surveys can add value to your advertisers ad campaignBrand Buzz is an exciting new survey from Readex that helps understand what people are saying about companies and brands. It measures reactions to several attitudinal characteristics about the company or brand and then develops verbatim comments, the Buzz, about that company or brand.

This study is a fast-turn, online project. From the point fieldwork begins to the point at which you will have reports ready for each company/brand you include, total time is approximately two weeks. You'll present your customers with Buzz that is hot, relevant, and current.

 

 

Why conduct this study?

Companies need a real-world, current view of what market members are saying about their company or brand. Commonly called Buzz, this is a snapshot in time—one that will provide a sense of thoughts and attitudes currently in play.

With the Brand Buzz study, you'll offer your customers, those companies/brands you would choose to include, some market intelligence they may not be getting elsewhere. The results give managers of those brands an opportunity to step back, reflect, ponder, and discuss what the market is saying.

In addition, you'll have a compelling reason to meet with your customers and presenting the results strengthens the partnership you have with them.

What's asked?

Respondents are asked to provide ratings of innovation, trust, likeability, and interest. These will be combined with an open-ended question yielding verbatim comments.

Deliverables

The report will be a confidential document for each customer. They will see ratings for their company or brand, study averages, and an overall Readex Research average as points of comparison. The final section will be a confidential listing of all their verbatim comments.
