Readex surveys first move from the careful consideration of the proposal process to our project directors, who take time to listen to client objectives and then craft a survey instrument that addresses each of those needs.
Mail surveys
For mailed surveys, mailroom associates take over and pay attention to the details that get mailed surveys opened and read. Our document center and automated mailroom enable us to process large survey mailings efficiently while maintaining tight quality control. Whether the results of mail surveys are hand-entered or scanned, data processing associates perform quality control procedures to ensure that responses are accurately recorded.
Online survey research
A successful online survey requires the same level of skill and attention to detail as its mail counterpart. Readex has the in-house technical capabilities to program online survey instruments as well as to host websites dedicated to gathering survey results. Survey responses are uploaded to an internal database, increasing the accuracy of results.
Reporting
During the final stages of surveys, reports are printed internally. Whether simple data table results or an easy-to-understand summary are required, reports are designed to be presentation-worthy and are produced in our document center.
