Discovering the best solution for your research needs takes conversation. It means asking questions, listening and asking more questions. That's how we get started with our customers, making every effort to understand and then take action.
To get things underway we typically discuss overall objectives for the study. We also seek to learn about previous, related studies that may have been done, discuss the sample plan, talk through deliverables, budget and timelines. Once this is completed we'll provide you with a proposal. This document will spell out all details and recommendations based on our discussions with you. If you accept the proposal, our next step will be to begin implementing the overall plan.
Of course, the methodology will drive specific action points, but first-steps include assigning one of our experienced Project Directors to your survey. She or he will be with you from start to finish, driving all events that are part of the project.
Collaborative questionnaire design
Our Project Directors will be in charge of helping you with questionnaire design and formatting. We'll take the input you provide on content, suggest changes and improvements, then format into a final design. Whether using a self-administered mode, mail/online, or if you need data collection by phone, we can help complete this design process. Writing, ordering and laying out a questionnaire is as much art as well as science. We keep an eye on "user friendliness" while also making sure the final document works for you and survey respondents.
Some of our customers have questionnaire design experts already on staff. If that's the case, we'll offer to take a look at what you have completed simply to generate ideas and suggestions. You don't have to take advantage of this opportunity, just remember it's available if you want it.
