Readex is a full-service market research company and virtually every step of a mail or online survey is handled in-house by our staff members. Your Project Director will be responsible for managing all details of your project and this individual will be working closely with our other staff to prepare, execute and complete your study.
For the most part, the only portion of a mail study which might be outsourced would relate to printing. If we feel we can get a more economical or efficient outcome by using one or trusted printers, we will certainly recommend this as a solution.
Otherwise, all facets of a project will reside in our building. Should a phone survey be required, data collection will be outsourced to an appropriate partner.
Complete research vendor management
Printing or call center partners which are involved in any study are supervised by our staff. If by phone, we will attend project briefings and monitor calls during fieldwork. Print jobs are viewed for accuracy and larger jobs requiring special handling will be inspected on site.
