We work with healthcare organizations conducting surveys of members, providers, agents/brokers, and employee benefits managers.

A sampling of the subject matter explored in healthcare research studies include:

• Satisfaction with health plans used by or offered to employees

• Evaluation of and satisfaction with the provider experience

• Utilization of and satisfaction with processes, service, and support provided by health plans

We are a qualified Business Associate and all employees undergo continuous HIPAA training.

We use both mail and online methodologies. In some cases a “mixed-mode” approach is used, offering the survey participant the choice to take the survey using either channel. We handle all aspects of the survey in-house, providing complete control over everything related to design, implementation, and data processing.
