A number of our clients are financial services firms that need and want to communicate with customers.

More often than not, the surveys we do include a high net worth component or are targeting customers who have had a recent transaction of some sort, for example, a phone call to a service center.

Other surveys might include new customers aimed at learning more about the on-boarding process or a general survey of customers asking about their overall experience.

Most of the questionnaires we field are modest in size, meaning the equivalent to four-printed page sides, although some are shorter and some longer.

We use both mail and online methodologies. In some cases a “mixed-mode” approach is used, offering the survey participant the choice to take the survey using either channel.
